Terms of Service
Last updated 11 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Commander Nexus. By using the site you accept them. They are short on purpose.
1. Who can use it
Anyone can browse. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
2. Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at contact@commandernexus.com if you think someone else has got into it.
3. What you build stays yours
Your decks, your lists and your collection remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the site can work — and, if you mark a deck public or share a link to it, to show it to the people you share it with. Delete a deck and that permission ends with it. We will not use what you build to advertise anything, and we will not sell it.
4. Fair use of the site
Please do not break the law, harass people, put offensive content in a deck name or profile, scrape the site in bulk with automated tools, or try to get around its security. We may suspend an account that does.
5. What the site tells you is advice, not a rulebook
Brackets, power estimates, tags, archetypes, suggested swaps and prices are our own reading of your deck. They are opinions produced by our software, not official rulings and not guarantees. Card information comes from Scryfall and may be incomplete or out of date. For anything that decides a game, check the official rules and the current banned list.
6. Wizards of the Coast
Commander Nexus is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC.
7. The site is free, and provided as is
Commander Nexus costs nothing to use and comes with no guarantees. It may be unavailable, lose data, contain mistakes, or change or shut down at any time. Keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose — Account → Download my data exists for exactly that. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Ending things
You can stop using the site at any time and delete your account yourself from Account → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why by email if we do.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Commander Nexus is operated from the United States and these terms are governed by United States law. If something goes wrong, email us first — a hobby site and a player can almost always sort it out without anyone involving a court.
