Aggressive Mining
You can activate the ability once on each player’s turn, not just your own.
Aggressive Mining doesn’t stop lands from being put onto the battlefield by a spell or ability. It only stops the special action of playing a land.
Crucible of Worlds
Crucible of Worlds doesn't change the times when you can play those land cards. You can still play only one land per turn, and only during your main phase when you have priority and the stack is empty.
Crucible of Worlds doesn't allow you to activate abilities (such as cycling) of land cards in your graveyard.
Reprocess
You can sacrifice zero permanents if you want to.
