Oxen you control have double strike.
Whenever Bruse Tarl enters or attacks, exile the top card of your library. If it's a land card, create a 2/2 white Ox creature token. Otherwise, you may cast it until the end of your next turn.
Picked for what they do in Bruse Tarl's deck. When two cards do the same job, the one with the lower comes first. All of them fit Bruse Tarl's color identity.Mana ValueThe total amount of mana a card costs, all added up. A card costing two generic and one green has a mana value of three. Wizards renamed this from "converted mana cost" in 2021, so older cards and articles may still use the old name.Open the full glossary

Bruse Tarl's ability doesn't allow you to play land cards that it exiles. But hey, free Oxen.

If Bruse Tarl leaves the battlefield after other Oxen you control have dealt first-strike damage but before regular combat damage, those Oxen won't deal regular combat damage (unless they still have double strike for some other reason) .

You pay all costs and follow all normal timing rules for spells cast from exile with Bruse Tarl's last ability. For example, if you exile a creature card this way, you must wait until your main phase to cast it.
Color identityEvery color of mana symbol on a card, in its cost and in its rules text. Your commander's color identity sets the limit for your whole deck: every other card has to fit inside it. A deck led by a green and white commander cannot play a card with any blue in its color identity.Open the full glossaryWRPlayers write colors as letters: W for white, R for red.TokensToken decks fill the battlefield with small creatures made by their cards, then attack with all of them or make them all bigger at once.
