Commander Liara Portyr's triggered ability reduces the cost of all spells you cast from exile, even if you are casting them with a different permission. For example, if you are casting an exiled permanent spell with an Adventure in the same turn that this triggered ability resolved, it would cost {X} less to cast.

Color identityEvery color of mana symbol on a card, in its cost and in its rules text. Your commander's color identity sets the limit for your whole deck: every other card has to fit inside it. A deck led by a green and white commander cannot play a card with any blue in its color identity.Open the full glossaryWRPlayers write colors as letters: W for white, R for red.MorphMorph decks play creatures face down, as mystery 2/2s for three mana, then flip them face up at the right moment for a surprise.
