Emeria, the Sky Ruin
Emeria, the Sky Ruin's triggered ability has an "intervening 'if' clause." That means (1) the ability won't trigger at all unless you control seven or more Plains as your upkeep starts, and (2) the ability will do nothing if you control fewer than seven Plains by the time it resolves.
Linvala, Keeper of Silence
No abilities of creatures your opponents control can be activated, including mana abilities.
Linvala’s last ability affects only creatures on the battlefield. Activated abilities that work in other zones (such as bloodrush or unearth) can still be activated. Triggered abilities (starting with “when,” “whenever,” or “at”) are unaffected.
Activated abilities contain a colon. They’re generally written “[Cost]: [Effect].” Some keywords are activated abilities and will have colons in their reminder text.
Sunblast Angel
The second ability destroys each creature that's tapped at the time it resolves, including creatures you control. If Sunblast Angel has become tapped by the time its ability resolves, it will be destroyed too.
