Admiral Beckett Brass
If more than one player was dealt combat damage by three Pirates, you target only one permanent. It may be controlled by either of those players.
The control-change effect of Admiral Beckett Brass's triggered ability lasts indefinitely. It doesn't wear off during the cleanup step or when you lose control of Admiral Beckett Brass.
In a Two-Headed Giant game, combat damage dealt by Pirates your teammate controls will count when checking for Admiral Beckett Brass's ability.
Admiral Beckett Brass's triggered ability checks what happened earlier in the turn. It doesn't care whether Admiral Beckett Brass was on the battlefield when those Pirates dealt combat damage, whether those creatures are still on the battlefield, or whether they're still Pirates.
If one Pirate deals combat damage multiple times, most likely because it has double strike, it counts as only one of the three Pirates for Admiral Beckett Brass's triggered ability.
In a multiplayer game, if a player leaves the game, all cards that player owns leave as well, and any effects that give the player control of permanents immediately end.
Kelsien, the Plague
If the target of Kelsien's last ability dies before the ability resolves, you won't get an experience counter.
If Kelsien leaves the battlefield, you keep any experience counters you've received.
Each time Kelsien's last ability resolves, it creates a separate delayed triggered ability. If you untap Kelsien and activate its last ability multiple times in one turn, they'll each trigger when the appropriate creature or creatures die.
Najeela, the Blade-Blossom
The controller of each Warrior token created by Najeela chooses which player or planeswalker it's attacking. The tokens don't have to be attacking the same player or planeswalker as the creature that caused the ability to trigger. They can even be attacking players or planeswalkers that weren't being attacked.
Untapping an attacking creature doesn't remove it from combat.
There is no main phase before the additional combat phase. This means that, for example, you can't activate an equip ability between combats.
Although the tokens created by Najeela's first ability are attacking, they were never declared as attacking creatures (for the purposes of abilities that trigger whenever a creature attacks, for example).
Queen Marchesa
The game starts with no monarch. Once an effect makes one player the monarch, the game will have exactly one monarch from that point forward.
Being the monarch carries two inherent triggered abilities. "At the beginning of the monarch's end step, that player draws a card" and "Whenever a creature deals combat damage to the monarch, its controller becomes the monarch."
If the triggered ability that causes the monarch to draw a card goes on the stack, and a different player becomes the monarch before that ability resolves, the first player will still draw the card.
Abilities that trigger whenever you "become the monarch" trigger only if you aren't already the monarch. For example, if you are already the monarch as Custodi Lich enters the battlefield, its last ability won't trigger.
The last ability of Queen Marchesa (long may she reign) checks to see if an opponent is the monarch as your upkeep begins. If no opponent is the monarch, Queen Marchesa's (long may she reign) ability won't trigger at all. Queen Marchesa's (long may she reign) ability will also check to see if an opponent is the monarch as it tries to resolve. If no opponent is the monarch at that time, Queen Marchesa's (long may she reign) ability will have no effect.
Ramses, Assassin Lord
As long as that player was attacked this turn by an Assassin you controlled, Ramses, Assassin Lord’s last ability triggers when that player loses the game for any reason, not just due to combat damage. This is true even if the Assassin is no longer on the battlefield, no longer under your control, or no longer an Assassin at the time that player loses the game.
Similarly, if an Assassin enters the battlefield under your control attacking a player, that creature didn’t “attack” and won’t cause this ability to trigger.
If you attack an opponent with a non-Assassin creature and that creature becomes an Assassin after attackers were declared, that player was not “attacked” this turn by an Assassin you controlled.
For the last ability to trigger, an Assassin you controlled must have attacked the player. Attacking a planeswalker the player controls won’t count.
