Borne Upon a Wind
This applies only to casting spells. It does not, for example, change when you can activate abilities that can be activated "only as a sorcery."
Ghostly Flicker
The two targets can have different card types. For example, you can target one artifact and one creature with Ghostly Flicker.
Path to Exile
If the target creature is an illegal target by the time Path to Exile tries to resolve, it won't resolve and none of its effects will happen. The creature's controller won't search for a basic land card.
The controller of the exiled creature isn't required to search their library for a basic land. If that player doesn't, the player won't shuffle their library.
Also Printed in Other Drops
Some of these cards came in other Secret Lair drops too, each with its own art.
