Anger
The timestamp for the "in your graveyard" ability is set at the time that this card goes to your graveyard, regardless of whether you control a Mountain at that time.
Chord of Calling
If a creature you control has a mana ability with {T} in the cost, activating that ability while casting a spell with convoke will result in the creature being tapped before you pay the spell's costs. You won't be able to tap it again for convoke. Similarly, if you sacrifice a creature to activate a mana ability while casting a spell with convoke, that creature won't be on the battlefield when you pay the spell's costs, so you won't be able to tap it for convoke.
You can tap any untapped creature you control to convoke a spell, even one you haven't controlled continuously since the beginning of your most recent turn.
When using convoke to cast a spell with {X} in its mana cost, first choose the value for X. That choice, plus any cost increases or decreases, will determine the spell's total cost. Then you can tap creatures you control to help pay that cost. For example, if you cast Chord of Calling (a spell with convoke and mana cost {X}{G}{G}{G}) and choose X to be 3, the total cost is {3}{G}{G}{G}. If you tap two green creatures and two red creatures, you'll have to pay {1}{G}.
Tapping an untapped creature that's attacking or blocking to convoke a spell won't cause that creature to stop attacking or blocking.
Tapping a multicolored creature using convoke will pay for {1} or one mana of your choice of any of that creature's colors.
When calculating a spell's total cost, include any alternative costs, additional costs, or anything else that increases or reduces the cost to cast the spell. Convoke applies after the total cost is calculated. Convoke doesn't change a spell's mana cost or mana value.
Because convoke isn't an alternative cost, it can be used in conjunction with alternative costs.
If a card in a player's library has {X} in its mana cost, X is considered to be 0.
Deepglow Skate
As Deepglow Skate's ability resolves, you must double each kind of counter on the permanents it targets.
You can choose no targets if you don't want to double the counters on any permanents.
To double the number of each kind of counter on a permanent, put another counter on it for each counter it already has. Effects that interact with counters being put onto permanents apply as appropriate.
Delver of Secrets // Insectile Aberration
You may reveal the card even if it's not an instant or sorcery. Whether or not you reveal it, the card stays on top of your library.
Hardened Scales
If a creature you control would enter the battlefield with a number of +1/+1 counters on it, it enters with that many plus one instead.
Each additional Hardened Scales you control will increase the number of +1/+1 counters placed on a creature you control by one.
If two or more effects attempt to modify how many counters would be put on a creature you control, you choose the order to apply those effects, no matter who controls the sources of those effects.
Higure, the Still Wind
If Higure deals regular combat damage and you use its ability to search for another Ninja, that card won't be in your hand in time to activate its ninjutsu ability to put it onto the battlefield and deal damage. However, the card you searched for could still be swapped for an unblocked creature, including Higure, as long as you activate its ninjutsu ability before the end of combat.
If Higure deals first strike damage (or the first part of double strike damage), the triggered ability would resolve before regular combat damage, and the searched-for Ninja would be able to get swapped with an unblocked creature and still deal its regular damage.
Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni
If, during the combat damage step, a creature is destroyed during combat and Ink-Eyes also deals combat damage to a player, the destroyed creature can be a legal target for Ink-Eyes's ability.
Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar
Once the game begins, your two commanders are tracked separately. If you cast one, you won't have to pay an additional {2} the first time you cast the other. A player loses the game after having been dealt 21 damage from any one of them, not from both of them combined.
Kediss's triggered ability will trigger if any commander you control deals combat damage to an opponent, not just your commander.
Both commanders start in the command zone, and the remaining 98 cards (or 58 cards in a Commander Draft game) of your deck are shuffled to become your library.
An effect that checks whether you control your commander is satisfied if you control one or both of your two commanders.
The damage the commander deals as a result of Kediss's triggered ability isn't combat damage. It isn't tracked with combat damage dealt by commanders and won't cause Kediss's ability to trigger again.
If your Commander deck has two commanders, you can only include cards whose own color identities are also found in your commanders' combined color identities. If Falthis and Kediss are your commanders, your deck may contain cards with black and/or red in their color identity, but not cards with green, white, or blue.
If something refers to your commander while you have two commanders, it refers to one of them of your choice. If you are instructed to perform an action on your commander (e.g. put it from the command zone into your hand due to Command Beacon), you choose one of your commanders at the time the effect happens.
To have two commanders, both must have the partner ability as the game begins. Losing the ability during the game doesn't cause either to cease to be your commander.
Kediss's triggered ability won't trigger if a commander you control deals combat damage to a planeswalker.
You can choose two commanders with partner that are the same color or colors. In Commander Draft, you can even choose two of the same commander with partner if you drafted them. If you do this, make sure you keep the number of times you've cast each from the command zone clear for "commander tax" purposes.
Mental Misstep
If a spell has {X} in its mana cost, X is considered to be the value chosen for it while that spell is on the stack.
If you're at 1 life or less, you can't pay 2 life.
A card with Phyrexian mana symbols in its mana cost is each color that appears in that mana cost, regardless of how that cost may have been paid.
To calculate the mana value of a card with Phyrexian mana symbols in its cost, count each Phyrexian mana symbol as 1.
Each Phyrexian mana symbol in a spell's mana cost contributes 1 to that spell's mana value. For example, Mental Misstep's mana value is 1, regardless of how its cost was paid.
As you cast a spell or activate an activated ability with one or more Phyrexian mana symbols in its cost, you choose how to pay for each Phyrexian mana symbol at the same time you would choose modes or choose a value for X.
Phyrexian mana is not a new color. Players can't produce Phyrexian mana.
Pirated Copy
If the copied creature has {X} in its mana cost, X is 0.
If Pirated Copy somehow enters the battlefield at the same time as another creature, Pirated Copy can't become a copy of that creature. You may choose only a creature that's already on the battlefield.
Pirated Copy copies exactly what was printed on the original creature and nothing more (unless that creature is copying something else or is a token; see below), except it will also be a Pirate and have the granted ability. It doesn't copy whether that creature is tapped or untapped, whether it has any counters on it or Auras attached to it, or any non-copy effects that have changed its power, toughness, types, color, and so on.
Any enters-the-battlefield abilities of the copied creature will trigger when Pirated Copy enters the battlefield. Any "as [this creature] enters the battlefield" or "[this creature] enters the battlefield with" abilities of the chosen creature will also work.
If the chosen creature is copying something else, then Pirated Copy enters the battlefield as whatever the chosen creature is copying. It will also be a Pirate and have the granted ability.
Pirated Copy's ability doesn't target the creature.
If the chosen creature is a token, Pirated Copy copies the original characteristics of that token as stated by the effect that put the token onto the battlefield. Pirated Copy is not a token, even when copying one.
If Pirated Copy doesn't enter the battlefield as a creature (such as by copying an artifact or land that became a creature), it doesn't become a Pirate, though it still has the granted triggered ability. It won't become a Pirate even if it later turns into a creature from another effect.
You can choose to not copy anything. In that case, Pirated Copy enters the battlefield as a 0/0 Shapeshifter Pirate creature, and will probably die almost immediately, when state-based actions are next performed.
Being a Pirate and having the granted ability are part of the copiable values of Pirated Copy. If another creature enters the battlefield as or becomes a copy of Pirated Copy, it will copy whatever Pirated Copy is copying, be a Pirate in addition to its other types, and have "Whenever this creature or another creature with the same name deals combat damage to a player, you draw a card."
Rampaging Baloths
A landfall ability triggers whenever a land you control enters for any reason. It triggers whenever you play a land, as well as whenever a spell or ability puts a land onto the battlefield under your control.
Whenever a land you control enters, each landfall ability of the permanents you control will trigger. You can put them on the stack in any order. The last ability you put on the stack will be the first one to resolve (As a result, you can have those abilities resolve in the order of your choosing.).
A landfall ability doesn't trigger if a permanent already on the battlefield becomes a land.
Settle the Wreckage
That player can find fewer basic land cards than the number of exiled creatures, whether because they want to or because they don't have that many basic land cards left.
Settle the Wreckage targets only the player. Attacking creatures with hexproof that player controls will be exiled as this spell resolves.
The number of lands that player may find is the number of attacking creatures that were exiled, even if some of those creatures were tokens, weren't creature cards, or didn't end up in exile (most likely because one was that player's commander in the Commander variant).

Species Specialist
You must choose an existing creature type, such as Human or Warrior. Card types such as artifact and supertypes such as legendary can’t be chosen.
If a creature of the chosen type dies at the same time as Species Specialist, its ability triggers for that creature.
If Species Specialist happens to have the chosen creature type, its ability triggers when it dies.
Triskelion
If Triskelion has damage marked on it, activating its ability may cause that damage to become lethal. For example, say a Triskelion with two +1/+1 counters on it has been dealt 2 damage earlier in the turn. If you activate its ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, it now has 2 toughness and is destroyed as a state-based action. You won’t be able to remove the other +1/+1 counter from it to activate its ability again. The first activation of the ability will still resolve.
If you activate the ability of an attacking or blocking Triskelion during the declare blockers step, it will deal less combat damage as a result. If you wait until the combat damage step, but Triskelion is dealt lethal damage, it’ll be destroyed before you get a chance to activate its ability.
Triumph of the Hordes
