Alchemist's Refuge
You can cast a nonland card with flash any time you could cast an instant.
The last ability applies to nonland cards in any zone, provided something is allowing you to cast them. For example, you could cast a sorcery with flashback as though it had flash.
Stensia Bloodhall
Like other lands, Stensia Bloodhall is colorless. The damage it deals is from a colorless source, even though activating its ability requires colored mana.
Vault of the Archangel
Vault of the Archangel's last ability affects only creatures you control when that ability resolves. It won't affect creatures that come under your control later in the turn.
Multiple instances of deathtouch or lifelink on the same creature are redundant.
